Our stories, our places celebrates the stories of people in our communities who are working together to make our local places even better.
We’ve been working with over 100 people in local places all across Kirklees, listening to their inspiring stories and talking about what helps us all to get involved.
69 people have taken part in a pair of online workshops, to answer this question: “How can more people come together to make local places better?”
A further 40 people have taken part in discussion activities in our local places and online.
Together our participants have created a shared goal, to help more people feel able to shape local places for the better.
It all starts with sharing our stories.
We’d like to say thank you to everyone who has already got involved, and welcome to everyone who is joining us now.
