You can use our quick online form to share scores and comments from participants.
You’ll need to fill in a separate form for each scorecard.
The form also asks you for a description of the activity, and any extra comments or observations that you’ve made a note of. If you’re sharing a few cards from a group discussion, you can either just add the full description and notes to the first one, or copy and paste these to save time.
